What Tree Thinning Can Do for You
Tree thinning is selective clearing. Instead of opening up everything, we remove some of the growth in a wooded area on your property and leave the trees and screening you want to keep. The goal is woods that feel more open and are easier to use, see through, and move around in.
It works best when you can point to a place that matters, such as the view from your porch, a trail, or the edge of a field.

You Decide What Stays
Point out the trees, groups of trees, and screening you care about. If one side of the property should stay private while another opens up, tell us that too. Photos from several directions help, especially when the woods look different from one spot to the next. The finished area can still feel like woods. It just becomes easier to move through and understand.

A thinning request works best with clear edges. Mark where the area starts and stops, and note any trail, driveway, fence line, or field edge that runs through it. If a property line is uncertain, please confirm it before work begins. Clear edges also help separate thinning from a nearby view or lot project.
